How Los Angeles of you...?

          Lately when I call my friends from back in Florida, and tell them about my new healthy lifestyle, or send them pictures of what I just made. I get a response saying, "Wow you are so L.A. now". Which I really don't think is entirely true, because even if I was still living in Florida. I would have still made these changes to my diet. It's basically part of my lifestyle now. Now I do agree that living in Los Angeles, makes it a little easier to find the healthy stuff I'm looking for. Like I saw something online for this new water called Wat-AAH.

So I went to their website, and used the little store finder thingy. I was so afraid that I wouldn't find any stores near me that sold this item. Then bam found that it was at a health food store not to far from me. If I was still in florida, this so wouldn't have been the case. I would have found out i would have had to order it online or something like that. I know you are like well what the hell town is she from. Well I can tell you it's one of the small, but not small beach towns. With that being said, I can totally understand how I come off as "L.A." as my friends say. The thing I don't understand is why is eating healthy, and wanting to take care of myself "L.A." to some people from my hometown. Even though I do feel there is a lot of pressure when living in Los Angeles when it comes to how you look on the outside. I don't think a city can influence you on what you want to eat. I could very easily eat horrible stuff out here. I have for like 4 years now lol, it's very easy. Now I'm deciding that for my health and well being, I'm going to pay close attention to what I put into my body. I'm going to stay away from the garbage, and make smarter choices. I didn't make this decision because of my location. I made this decision because it's what I needed to do. That's it. Just because I live in Los Angeles, doesn't mean this is an easy thing to do. In and Out burger is out here, that should pretty much let you know. This ain't easy lol.
